Review and Notification Process

• The deadline for proposals is April 1st, 2008.
• Applications received after the deadline will be rejected regardless of postmark.
• The trustees meet soon thereafter to review and act on all recommended requests for the calendar year.
• Grants are awarded in the spring, generally no later than June 30th, 2008.
• Applicants whose proposals do not fall within current guidelines, criteria or program priorities will be notified by mail.
• Please do not call the office regarding the status of your proposal.
